Restore The Earth, Regenerate The Economy!

The Regenerative Planet Summit is our effort to inspire people to reimagine our world and embrace the tools we have to rebuild our economy in a manner that restores honor to our planet and dignity to our people.

Our chance to learn about the multitude of good people working on viable projects that in many ways make the world a better place. Showcasing the individuals, businesses, technologies, and other innovations is the spark that lights up the mental space for advocates to take those resources and apply it to their local conditions.

Traditionally considered 20 years behind the lower 48, the best option in 2024 to catch up is to leap forward.  This means advancing developments that are happening elsewhere and simply haven’t been spotlighted here until now.

Since 2019 ARK has been working to organize an annual event of impact. Inspired by the Bioneers events and the plethora of conferences that occur regularly around the state, we want to contribute with a focus on economic thinking, workforce development, and direct-action oriented outcomes. Results that build the capacity for local living economies to emerge that produce justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for marginalized Alaskans, and citizens of the world.

The Trans-Alaskan Pipeline was the catalyst that excelled Alaska into the future. For good and bad it transformed the state, the people, and the world. As we are looking at the end of the road for the extraction economy, this may be where the adventure begins.

The conception, design, and development of a pipeline that can carry oil, gas, cargo, and people all across the state, and by 2100, the planet is a technological reality that can be an economic game-changer for Alaska and the world.  A phase we have affectionately named TAPS 2.0 as the Alaska portion of the Ouroboros Project.

If we don’t invest in education then we need not bother investing in anything else. This includes our own education because while people are trying to keep a roof over their head, food in the fridge, and their family safe, there are millions of people out there who have dedicated their lives to finding ENDGAME solutions.

This is one of them.
