Chapters

The ARK organizational framework exists to provide structure and context to our collective actions while nurturing the individuals expression of culture, language, and society for each corner of this beautiful globe. During the 2022 season we are in metamorphosis as we grow from a small group of dedicated people in one state to provide educational opportunities that empower individuals to enrich the community’s in which they live or our whole family, sharing this one home.

The twenty-one member Global Rainbow Congress serves as the space for knowledgeable and experienced people to review the options for actions that paramount root cause, endgame solutions. To provide insight in an advisory capacity to corporate and state activities. To bridge the gaps that make international collaboration the most profitable option for national security, cultural sovereignty, investing in the mainstream adoption of the regenerative (RB/Peace) economy.

The nine member corporate governance board serves as the legal management team for all of our activities. Any legal organization is a “corporation” of one type or another. As a 501c3 the revenue we generate that exceeds our expenses is reinvested back into the communities where it was generated and to coordinate national and international trade, training, and economic development that serve the planet and her people.

The five member chapters are the keystone of our state (regional outside US) action plan because they serve as the beacon of hope in action at the state level. Coordinating resources most effectively at grassroots level. Local community, target, and mutual aid groups can coordinate most effectively to provide for the essential needs of the communities we serve at this level.

Any three members can organize to form a state chapter, open a bank account, and engage in their first project. As long as the actions do not specify political candidates, parties, or push a political agenda. As long as the actions are focused on positive motion that builds capacity for local resilience. As long as the action does not promote hate, discrimination, racism, bigotry, sexism, or the control of another human being or animal. As long as the action makes an effort to reduces human suffering and environmental degradation we will likely support you to make it happen.

It is with deep regret we cannot support individuals in crisis at this time.
